Designed for clarity

This is not an instant quotation form.

Luxury home renovation often involves layout changes, building services, bespoke joinery, material lead times and family decisions. A single early figure can hide the project’s real complexity.

This diagnostic creates a shared baseline, so the next conversation can focus on the property, lifestyle, scope and timing—not just a surface-level price comparison.

Selected residential work

Spatial order, shaped around the way you live.

From shared living spaces to private suites, every decision is developed through proportion, daily habits and construction realities.

Design · Build · Aftercare

One team, from design and construction through post-handover care.

ED Design connects early requirements, spatial design, material and works coordination, site follow-up and post-handover support in one clear process. Before work begins, clients can understand how each stage will be managed and make decisions with greater confidence.

01

Whole-home luxury interior design

We organise space around the property, lifestyle, storage and aesthetic direction, creating a home that supports long-term living rather than surface styling alone.

02

Renovation and project coordination

Design drawings, material choices, bespoke work, building services and site execution are managed within one project framework, with clear follow-up on decisions, programme and handover.

03

Aftercare and ongoing support

After handover, our team continues to address project enquiries and aftercare. The exact scope, arrangements and terms are explained by your consultant according to the individual project and contract.

Your project, properly framed

Each step collects one related set of details. On mobile, there is no need to zoom or face an overly long form all at once.
